Writing

I’ve been a freelance writer since 2010, reporting on arts, culture, and education. I was once a staff writer at Rookie Magazine and have worked for local media such as The Philadelphia Inquirer, WHYY-NPR, and The Philadelphia Public School Notebook as well as national outlets such as Rolling Stone and MTV. The last several years I’ve focused on literary journalism and feature writing. I’m currently working on a novel on the Polish diaspora spanning the 1980s to early 2000s. You can read an excerpt here.
